Before beginning full therapy, we start with a one-time introductory 30 minute session, which is a relaxed online chat to explore your goals, clarify how we’ll work together, and ensure Collaborative Therapy is the right fit for you.

Flexibility with Care
We understand that life is unpredictable. You’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice. If you need to make changes between 48 and 72 hours, a 50% fee applies. Changes made within 24 hours of your session will be charged in full, as your time has been reserved exclusively for you.
While sessions are non-refundable, we happily offer a transferable option:
If you’re unable to attend, you may gift your session to someone else, provided they first complete a 30 minute online intake session to ensure the service is appropriate for them.
