Before beginning full therapy, we offer a one-time 30-minute introductory session. This is a relaxed online conversation designed to explore goals, clarify how we will work together, and ensure Walk n' Talk Counselling is the right fit.

Flexibility with Care
We understand that life is unpredictable. You’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice. If you need to make changes between 48 and 72 hours, a 50% fee applies. Changes made within 24 hours of your session will be charged in full, as your time has been reserved exclusively for you.
While sessions are non-refundable, we happily offer a transferable option:
If you’re unable to attend, you may gift your session to someone else, provided they first complete a 30 minute online intake session to ensure the service is appropriate for them.
