Arising Sun was born from my deep desire to help others find peace by reconnecting with their inner resources and discovering their true selves, while staying committed to these same principles in my own life.

My journey began in Brazil, where I was born, and led me through 11 years in the United Kingdom before I found my true home on the Gold Coast, Australia, in 2014. Along the way, I embraced a path devoted to learning, service, and conscious transformation.

Volunteering has always been part of my life. Even after founding Arising Sun, I continued to support suicide prevention programs and volunteer within the Spiritist community, offering guidance, emotional support, and spiritual education.

These powerful experiences revealed how deeply we can evolve when we begin to understand our life story, recognise our inner strength, and feel supported in a holistic and respectful way. This truth inspires my work and always will.

Our Journey Together

Today, I work with people of all backgrounds and genders, starting from the age of 13, supporting their journey to reconnect with their authentic selves. I especially enjoy helping teenagers navigate this pivotal phase full of challenges and potential, but my work embraces individuals across all life stages.

My approach is both soul-centred and practical, grounded in lived experience, spiritual insight, and professional training. I am a qualified Community Services worker and Holistic Counsellor, currently completing a postgraduate degree in Psychology with the intention of reaching and supporting a wider community through Australia’s public mental health network.

With over a decade of meditation practice, including BK Raja Yoga, Vipassana, and Mindfulness, and years of involvement in spiritual programs, I have developed a strong intuitive sensitivity that allows me to feel and understand each client’s energy and needs.

More than anything, I believe in our shared capacity for growth. I am not here to keep anyone in therapy, but to help strengthen self-awareness, reconnect with purpose, and move forward with confidence.
